We want you to love your Skinnydip items, but if you're not 100% satisfied, you can return your order for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging with tags attached for a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are still attached and the product is unused.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Generate your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to your nearest designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
